Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Travel Africa Right, we are committed to delivering meaningful, high-quality cultural experiences and professional photography services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle such changes with fairness and clarity. Please take a moment to review our refund and cancellation policy before finalizing your booking.

Tour Experiences

​

​We put significant time and care into preparing each tour, from logistics to storytelling. As such, we’ve designed a cancellation policy that balances flexibility for you with the resources required to deliver an exceptional experience.

 

Client Cancellations:

 

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

  • Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will forfeit the full amount.

 

 

Operator Cancellations:

 

  • Should Travel Africa Right need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled experience at no additional cost.

Photography Services

 

 

Each session is carefully prepared to deliver visual storytelling with purpose. To ensure fairness and availability, we’ve outlined the following policy for photography bookings:

 

Client Cancellations:

 

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for your session.

  • Failure to attend the scheduled session will result in no refund.

 

 

Rescheduling:

 

  • One complimentary reschedule is available when requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Subsequent reschedule requests may incur a fee, depending on availability and notice.

 

 

Photographer Cancellations:

 

  • In the rare case that we must cancel your shoot, you’ll be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at your convenience.

 

 

 

 

 

Processing Refunds

 

 

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund in that time, please first check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
