Welcome to Travel Africa Right. By booking a tour or photography session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payments

    •    All bookings must be confirmed through our official website, booking platform, or by direct communication.

    •    Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated.

    •    Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

    •    You may cancel or reschedule within the stated timeframes.

    •    If you cannot attend your scheduled booking, you may nominate someone to attend in your place, provided they meet the same requirements. Written notice must be given within the required timeframe.

    •    Travel Africa Right reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour or session due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Participant Requirements

    •    By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in the activity or tour.

    •    For photography sessions, it is your responsibility to provide any necessary wardrobe, props, or preparation.

    •    We reserve the right to deny participation if a guest poses a risk to themselves, the guide, photographer, or the group.

4. Arrival Time & No-Shows

    •    Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

    •    Late arrivals may result in missing part or all of the experience.

    •    No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.

5. Photography & Media

    •    By participating in any of our tours or sessions, you consent to Travel Africa Right capturing photographs or videos of the experience for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated.

    •    Clients who book a private photography session retain full rights to their delivered images and will never have their images used without written consent.

6. Liability & Safety

    •    While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, Travel Africa Right is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during the activity.

    •    We recommend all guests carry personal travel insurance that covers tours, photography equipment, and personal belongings.

7. Code of Conduct

    •    We expect all guests to treat others with respect, including fellow participants, guides, photographers, and local communities.

    •    Discriminatory, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the experience without a refund.

8. Changes to These Terms

    •    Travel Africa Right reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
